איזה מידע נשמר

• מספר הטלפון שממנו נשלחה ההודעה.
• תוכן ההודעה – רק עד שנשלחת תשובה, ואז הוא נמחק.
• תאריך ושעה של כל הודעה, סוג ההודעה (טקסט, תמונה וכו') ואופן הטיפול בה.

למה

כדי לענות על שאלות, להגביל הודעות חוזרות רבות, ולדעת למי כבר נשלחה הודעת הפרטיות. המידע לא נמכר, לא משמש לפרסום ולא מועבר לאף גורם אחר מלבד אלה שבהמשך.

מי מעבד את המידע

• WhatsApp (Meta) – מעבירה את ההודעות.
• Anthropic – מנסחת את התשובות האוטומטיות.

שתי החברות עשויות לעבד את המידע מחוץ לישראל, ושומרות מידע לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלהן.

כמה זמן נשמר

תוכן ההודעה נמחק מהמערכת שלנו מיד לאחר מתן המענה. מספר הטלפון ורישומי ההודעות נמחקים 30 יום אחרי ההודעה האחרונה שלכם.

הזכויות שלכם

• השימוש בעוזר הוא רשות. תמיד אפשר לפנות לוועד במייל במקום זאת.
• אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו בכל עת, במייל vaadbayis@gmail.com.
• נא לא לשלוח בצ'אט מידע אישי רגיש, כמו פרטי תשלום או מידע רפואי.

Who we are

The Vaad Habayis (building committee) of Nachal Zavitan and Nachal Snir, Ramat Beit Shemesh, runs an automated WhatsApp assistant that answers residents' general questions. Contact: vaadbayis@gmail.com.

What we keep

• The phone number a message was sent from.
• The message text, only until it has been answered; then it is deleted.
• The date and time of each message, its type (text, photo, etc.) and how it was handled.

Why

To answer questions, to limit floods of repeated messages, and to know who has already received the privacy notice. This information is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone other than the services below.

Who processes it

• WhatsApp (Meta), which delivers the messages.
• Anthropic, which writes the automated answers.

Both may process information outside Israel and keep data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Message text is deleted from our system as soon as it has been answered. Your phone number and message records are deleted 30 days after your last message.

Your rights

• Using the assistant is optional. You can always email the Vaad instead.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we keep about you at any time by emailing vaadbayis@gmail.com.
• Please don't send sensitive personal information in the chat, such as payment or medical details.
